For a refund or return/exchange to be given, the order must be unused and in new condition. Please contact support within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process and receive a return address. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
If the item arrives damaged, you can request a refund or reshipment. If you receive the wrong item, you may request a refund or reshipment. Pictures of the damaged item will need to be provided for all refunds or reshipments to be granted. If 21 days have gone by since your order has shipped through USPS, UPS, or Fedex and you have not received your order, you may ask for a refund or reshipment. If 45 days have gone by since your e-packet order has shipped and you have not received your order, you may ask for a refund or reshipment.
Refunds will be returned to the same method of order payment, or if chosen, by store credit that never expires.
All orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once we have processed and shipped your order, we cannot cancel or alter it.
