Things to take note of regarding your order:
Most of our items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). The select remaining items are shipped through a standard international service called an e-packet. E-packet packages arrive in 10-20 Business Days. This only applies to a few select items from our shop. Shipping times for each product are located on the product page of each item. By using these shipping methods, our customers receive tracking numbers for the items they have purchased, allowing you to follow your package on its journey to your door. All items are shipped as soon as our suppliers process them. Order processing times may vary from product to product, but typically take 1-3 Business days after the order is placed and payment has cleared. This is NOT included in the overall shipping time.
Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days after processing your order. Select items arrive in 10-20 Business Days, as they are an exception. We may be able to arrange for express shipping via FedEx or UPS. Please contact us via email, before you order to see if this option is available for your items. If 21 days have gone by since your USPS order has shipped and you have not received your order, you may ask for a refund or reshipment. If 45 days have gone by since your e-packet order has shipped and you have not received your order, you may ask for a refund or reshipment.
Please also note, that we ship from various warehouses, so you may receive multiple packages if you order more than one item. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package once your order has shipped. The status of your order can be reviewed on the United States Post Office (USPS) website. You can also view the status of your orders by visiting our website. Look for the "Track My Order" in the menu. Please include the "#" symbol when inputing your order number. You can also email us email@example.com and we can personally give you an update.
- Our shipping times are given as an estimate and are subject to change.
- Shipping times may be longer due to customs clearance, public holidays and weather.
- It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the USPS system. If the information has not appeared on the website, please try again later. After it has appeared, It is not uncommon for 2-3 weeks (e-packet only), to go by until your tracking number updates again with an expected delivery date.

If there is any delay in the above process we will contact you to discuss the issue. Feel free to inquire if you have any questions and a support staff member will get back to you within 1-2 Business Days. We are a small business, aspiring towards growth, we ask for your patience during the processing and delivery period.
All orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once we have processed and shipped your order, we cannot cancel or alter it.
